The proposed center in Jabalpur will be modeled after the famous Vantara Zoo in Jamnagar, operated by Reliance, and will be known as the Rani Durgavati Rescue Center.
Located in the Thakurtal area of Jabalpur, the center will resemble Bhopal’s Van Vihar but with upgraded infrastructure and greater focus on wildlife treatment and rehabilitation. The Chief Minister, who personally visited Vantara, praised its advanced operations and suggested adopting similar models in the state.

To implement these ambitious projects, the CM directed officials to seek assistance from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and also explore funding through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
