The sanctuary has recently announced changes related to GST regulations while reaffirming that all proceeds continue to support rescued animals.
Updated Entry Ticket Pricing at Qi Animal Sanctuary
In line with revised GST regulations, Qi Animal Sanctuary is now required to apply an 18% Goods and Services Tax to its entry tickets. This change has been implemented strictly in accordance with the law and reflects the sanctuary’s commitment to financial transparency and accountability.
The revised entry ticket price is:
- Entry Ticket: ₹500 per person (inclusive of all applicable taxes)
Visitors are assured that there are no hidden charges. The ticket price you see is the final amount payable, making the booking process clear and straightforward.
Importantly, 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales go directly toward animal care, rescue operations, and shelter maintenance, helping the sanctuary continue its lifesaving work.
Visiting Hours and Time Slots
To provide a comfortable and enriching experience for both animals and guests, Qi Animal Sanctuary operates on a structured time-slot system. Visitors must select one of the following slots while booking:

Mandatory Pre-Booking and Contact Information
Advance booking is compulsory for all visitors. Walk-in visits are not allowed in order to manage capacity responsibly and maintain a calm environment for the animals.
For bookings and enquiries, visitors can contact:
- Phone: +91 7041636524
After completing the booking, all visitors must fill out a mandatory registration and waiver form. This form is essential for safety, compliance, and smooth coordination during the visit.
Visitor Capacity and Safety Measures
Qi Animal Sanctuary follows carefully planned safety and crowd-management measures. Each batch is limited to 50 visitors, including children, and is further divided into two smaller groups of 25 people during the animal farm tour.
This approach helps ensure:
- Better interaction with animals
- Reduced crowding
- A quieter, less stressful environment for rescued animals
- Enhanced learning experience for visitors
Guests are strongly encouraged to visit in groups of known people from the same social circle, allowing everyone to feel more comfortable and informed about the health background of their group members.
Entry Fee Guidelines for Adults and Children
The entry fee structure at Qi Animal Sanctuary is simple and inclusive:
- ₹500 per person for both adults and children
- Children under 1 year of age are free of charge
Parents or guardians do not need to book a ticket for children under one year. Instead, they should mention the child’s details in the “notes” section during booking.
Educational Animal Interaction Experience
One of the most unique aspects of Qi Animal Sanctuary is its one-hour educational animal interaction session, conducted under the Qi to Happiness Foundation initiative. This experience is included in the entry fee and is designed to promote empathy, awareness, and respect for animals.
During the guided session, visitors have the opportunity to:
- Feed and gently interact with animals
- Learn about animal rescue, rehabilitation, and ethical care
- Understand the responsibility involved in animal companionship
Animals at the sanctuary include a diverse range of rescued and rehabilitated species such as:
- Rabbits
- Guinea pigs
- Rats
- Chickens and pigeons
- Turkeys and emus
- Ducks and geese
- Goats and sheep
- Donkeys, pigs, and a mule
- A small number of rescued exotic pet animals
All interactions are supervised to ensure the safety and well-being of both visitors and animals.
